Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hobbii account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include your order slip or return ID inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
